NEW STATUS: Zora is to be bred in early 2010.
Unfortunately, she stressed a knee while back in training
this summer. While it is not clear what the prognosis is for further performance training, she is currently being offered
as a "broodmare only". Zora is pasture sound. And has an excellent pedigree to complement a Dutch or related breeding
program.
Zora is a large light bay registered Dutch Warmblood
2004 mare with two hind socks. Excellent bone and very athletic.
16.2h in fall 2007, and should mature to 16.3h.
SHOWY with lots of presence--Likes to show off
when turned out free.
Started under saddle; going very well on the flat and over fences (see picture
at top and one below)
By an imported Dutch Warmblood stallion, out of an imported Trakehner mare that
was registered in Germany, excellent producer of sporhorses.
Bred to be a performance horse in any sporthorse discipline, and to be a top broodmare
after her show ring successes.
