This includes up-to-date changes in laws affecting traveling with and without horses
such as the US law change that goes into effect in 2006 requiring Passports for anyone entering the US (and for those returning
to the US from viewing horses, showing, etc.). While the complete law does not go into effect until 2008, as of
Dec. 31, 2006, anyone entering the US from any country via land or sea must have a passport.
Recent quarantines and embargos on movement of horses, particularly in the US may be
affected too.
